What's Grosser than Gross?
At the beginning of this week I was clearing off our table. There were two juice boxes. One empty, one about halfway full. I threw away the empty one and left the half full one on the table. Then I went to my room to check my email. Two minutes later I heard the sound of a juice box being sucked dry. I looked over and here comes Ethan, drinking a juice box.I asked myself, "just HOW did he get up on the table to get that juice box?" I picked him up and carried him into the kitchen only to find the half full juice box still on the table! That's right, he went into the garbage, got the empty juice box and drank from it!! NASTY!
Yesterday morning, I was making my usual breakfast. Berries, almonds, and some sliced turkey with my mommas milk tea. There were only 2 strawberries left in the carton. They were probably fine but they looked a little soft and not so fresh. So I tossed them back in the carton and threw the carton away. I sat down at the table. I was just about to start eating when I remembered that I left my Bible in my bedroom. I always like to read my Bible during breakfast. In the 30 seconds that I was gone, Ethan had taken the strawberries out of the garbage, out of the carton, sat himself down on the kitchen floor and had himself a little snack! He doesn't even like strawberries! He just had to take a bite out of them, then spit it out and try the next one! It's so gross! I'm gonna have to move the garbage can I think but I don't know where. Oh Yuck!
I think it might be a 3rd child thing. I know several people with 3 or more children and it seems that the 3rd is often the most mischievous. My other two never did anything like this (that I can remember)!!

Your breakfast sounds really yummie, but I think I'd remain hungry without adding some bread or oats to it.
And yes, I think you're right about it being a third kid thing.
I still haven't gotten to Wise Way to get that tea you told me about, but after this week with me and my daughter fighting the same symptoms...I will make it a priority!
So, "Yes, Ben. I'm sorry to say - we are bums" (at least some of us).
