A Little R & R
First of all, I'm so sorry for my lack of posts. Scott's computer from work STILL is not back and that means he's using the Mac. So, unless I squeak in a post in the 20 min he's gone taking the kids to school, all hope is lost for the day.
This past weekend Scott and I went to Brown County, IN just he and Aisling and I. My parents own a condo down there. If you've never ben there, picture the store part of Cracker Barrel lasting the entire length of Main St. in a super small town. It's not exactly my cup of tea but it was quiet and we were alone and it was free so that was wonderful.
Aisling got some one on one time with us and she ate up every second.
By the way, Aisling does NOT like apple butter.
Usually this is the best place in the midwest to see the colorful changing of the leaves in fall. We were there right at the beginning of the color change so we didn't get to see it in all it's splendor but it was still beautiful.
Then on our way home we passed this on the highway...

Amber and i are currently in Detroit for a wedding and were trying to figure out where we could stop on our way home. we aren't in much of a hurry and was wondering if you, sheryl and the kids would be open for a couple visitors. if i remember, you are in the northwest corner of Indiana and we have to drive that direction anyway. If you would be interested let me know. I/we would love to see you guys if your schedule allows it.
