My Bags

I looked over at Adventures in Babywearing today and I thought, "now here's a photo tag I can get excited about!"

So, here are my bags. The first, is the bag that I take everywhere, everyday. It's my diaperbag. It's a coach. My mom got it for me when I was pregnant with my first baby. I've been a coach lover and collector since I was a teenager and it seemed only fitting that I would follow with the diaper bag. Four years and three kids later it's still holding strong! The second picture is my current collection of bags. Pictured are 3 coach bags and 2 Dooney and Burke's. I know I have some others in a box in my garage somewhere but since we are in the process of some major moves, I don't know where they are right now. Here's the ones that I use when I go out without children. Um, I'm REALLY INTO bags! I only wish my sister in law Sarah had a blog right now cause she could blow us all away with some awesome purses! Hint, Hint!

I won't be participating this week -- all the family is home for spring break and we have a ton lined up!!

Love the collection. I am NOT a purse/bag person. I use my pockets whenever possible!!

Goodness, I am so out of the realm of normalcy I think. I am not a bag person, shoe person or really, a fashionable person period.

Sigh .... I do love your bags though. You may just have inspired me. :)

What Sheryl isn't telling is that this is only about a third of "The Collection." I think her nickname in college was, "Coach." :-)

Wow! You are one stylish mama! I'm more of a canvas and cotton girl myself. But that first Coach bag is pretty tempting--it's been thru 3 kids?! Wow-wee! Maybe leather's the way to go. ;)

LOVE your everyday bag, sort of looks alot like my big diaper bag that I carry if we are going to be out and about for a while. Just load it with everything and we are on our way.

I used to have a bag obsession back in high school--I had a big ol' Esprit bag to match EVERY outfit.

Now, it's just diaper bags... :-)

Wow, you have a great collection! I have several bags but they are all cast-offs that once I tried them for awhile I found them lacking in some essential way. LOL
