Back Home Again...
In Indiana! It seems weird that I would be so excited to return to Indiana from Tampa. In November. But I am. We flew in last night. It was chilly and rainy- just how I like! Or at least, just how I remember. Some people in Florida think I am insane, but constant sunshine can be monotonous. I love seeing the colors on the leaves and the leaves on the ground. I guess I'm a midwesterner at heart, but I love the 4 seasons. Don't hold me to it, though, in Feb. when we're enjoying warm and sunny weather.
I do really enjoy living in Florida. I love trying new things and meeting new people. But, it feels so good to come back to the familiar. I could get anywhere I wanted to go, in my sleep. I don't have to think about what roads I need to take to get there, etc. There's a peacefulness being with family again. Maybe when we get back to Florida I will be ready to be there again. But for now, I am enjoying the break. A Happy Thanksgiving indeed.

I hear ya, sometimes the change of seasons can be a good thing here. I don't know....you'll hear a different comment from me come January!
