Upon Luke asking why the tv show keeps going out, Ben replied, "See that Satellite dish out there? Well, you see, the clouds are like a shield blocking the innocent rays from getting to the satellite dish. Following an explanation I gave Ben about why the tv doesn't work when the weather is really bad...
Ben: Maybe God can move all the clouds, then the satellite will work and then the tv will work.
